Needham Bank is a Massachusetts-based community bank that offers a full suite of financial services to individuals, businesses, and non-profits. Since 2019, Getfused has partnered with Needham Bank to continuously evolve its web presence, strengthen digital security, and support marketing efforts. Needham Bank needed more than a single redesign. They required a long-term partner to steward their website through changing technology, accessibility requirements, and user expectations. At the same time, their marketing efforts needed to be measured and strategic, balancing brand visibility with conversion goals. The challenge was to create a modern, secure, and accessible web platform while also providing creative and strategic marketing support.

From there, we created a roadmap for ongoing UX enhancements, security updates, and brand alignment. Over several redesigns, we transformed the Needham Bank website into a modern platform that balances functionality, compliance, and user experience. Navigation was simplified, brand consistency was improved, and new features were introduced, such as automated business inquiry forms and customer care updates.
Each redesign reflected the bank’s brand while incorporating security and accessibility updates that kept the site ahead of industry benchmarks.
