They recently identified the concept of “Uncommon Courtesy” as their cultural core, guiding their staff in daily interactions with their members and community. Getfused worked with LBCU to develop and execute a campaign that brought this internal brand pillar to life in a customer-friendly way.
LBCU enlisted Getfused to help them conceptualize a brand campaign to refocus their marketing strategy and convey the “Uncommon Courtesy” story to existing and potential customers. This campaign included the production of a brand video and a comprehensive marketing strategy spanning email, social media, and search engine marketing to drive brand awareness and membership.
Since launching the initial brand campaign, Getfused has supported Liberty Bay by launching several product-specific campaigns focused on driving applications for auto, boat, and HELOC loans. By leveraging a marketing mix of content marketing, paid & organic social, email, paid search and direct mail, LBCU has seen tremendous growth and success.
