Real Estate, Commercial & Multifamily Development
The Simon Companies is a leading developer, owner, and manager of commercial and multifamily real estate across New England, with a portfolio of residential communities spanning the region.
Getfused partnered with The Simon Companies to rebuild its corporate web presence, migrate a portfolio of property sites onto one platform, and evolve the company logo to match the firm the business had become.
The Simon Companies had grown into a regional leader, but its web presence still told an older story. The site reflected an earlier focus the company had moved past, and it undersold what the business had become: a developer, owner, and manager of communities where people want to live. The corporate site and its property sites had grown up separately, each managed on its own, none quite speaking for the whole. The company needed a presence that put its properties and its people forward, guided each audience to what they came for, and carried one consistent brand from the corporate site down to the last community page. The logo, too, had equity worth keeping but needed to catch up to the firm behind it.
From here, Getfused continued its partnership with The Simon Companies to build the solution.
Think. Create. Activate.
Before any design began, Getfused mapped the full picture: the corporate site, the property sites, and every audience that needed to move through them. The team built an architectural diagram to define navigation, hierarchy, and content flow, then worked existing and proposed content against the new structure so every page had a clear place and purpose. Prospective residents, current tenants, and partners each got a defined path to what they needed. Clarity came first. The result was a foundation built to carry the whole portfolio, not one property at a time.
A structure that guides every audience to what they came for. A single map for the corporate site and every property beneath it. A foundation ready to scale as the portfolio grows.
The logo carried real equity, so Getfused evolved it rather than starting over, modernizing the mark while protecting the recognition the company had built. From there, the team developed a web style guide to carry the brand into the digital space, a refreshed compositional design, and a WordPress build engineered for scale. Professional property photography took the lead, turning listings into an immersive look at the places themselves, and a built-out team section gave the people behind the company a face. Every property site was brought under the same visual system, so the brand held from the homepage to each community page.
A refined identity that keeps its equity and gains its edge. Properties shown as places worth living, not listings. One brand, consistent from the corporate site to the last community page.
Getfused consolidated the portfolio onto a single managed WordPress platform, migrating the established property sites into the new design and standing up the rest on live landing pages so the team could build them out at its own pace. The site launched on fully managed hosting built for performance and security, with analytics configured to track the actions that matter and quarterly reporting to turn the data into decisions. Training gave the team the confidence to manage the site themselves, and a three-month review built in a moment to assess performance and adjust course.
A whole portfolio managed from one platform. Analytics tuned to the actions that matter, reported in plain terms. A presence built to grow alongside the business.
Getfused delivered a rebuilt corporate site, a full property-site migration, an evolved logo, and a brand system that carried across every page, then put analytics and reporting in place to keep the presence working over time.
