Wonderfund

Helping Kids Be Kids in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

The Challenge

After 20 years of good work with the Massachusetts DCF, the then “DCF Kid’s Fund” was undergoing a rebrand to shed the DCF name and help the local community better understand their role as a non-profit outside of government funding. Their new name, Wonderfund, and brand style was underway when they came to Getfused to help with a digital presence to match. The goal was to come out in a few months with a new face, one that would better help them in their work to “help kids be kids”

How We Saw It

Clear User Focused Path:

The issue from the start was a desire to be better understood, and a new brand wouldn’t do that on its own. What was needed was a user friendly site that would be the perfect introduction for visitors to first meet Wonderfund.

Seamless Donations:

Not only did Wonderfund need a good space to present their new face and explain their important work, but gaining donors was key to their success. The new web presence needed a seamless interaction for potential donors to give on the website that maintained credibility and tied into existing donor systems.

Our Solution

Our team was able to work with the client’s 3rd party donor system, Neon, to generate a form that could embed onto any page of their new website through GetfusedCMS. We worked with their team week after week to help them perfect their message and step into their new brand with the right footing. Our flexible GetfusedCMS platform allowed us to help their team define exactly the path and content needed for their users with easy updates and no extra development work.

The Results

"Working with Getfused has been one of the most incredible experiences in our rebranding journey.  The personal touch which the Getfused team has provided is unprecedented.  Spencer Collier has been a mentor to our organization, he is always there to guide and support our needs.  The leadership he provided during the building process is inspirational.  It was also a pleasure to work with Liz Meyer, she took the time to work individually with my team.  She is a great teacher, she was patient with us when we had questions, she ensured our success!  Mark Childers was able to produce a video that told our story in a magical way.  He was kind, professional and creative.  Thank you to the Getfused team, you are dynamic!!!"
