Rodman for Kids is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting programs that inspire, nurture, and empower young people across Greater Boston. For more than 13 years, Getfused has partnered with Rodman as an extension of their team. Our support has spanned web design and development, UX strategy, and creative media for events, ensuring their mission is amplified online and in the community.
Rodman for Kids needed a digital presence that could do more than communicate their mission. They required a platform that encouraged donations, promoted events, and engaged partner organizations in meaningful ways. As an ongoing partner, Getfused was tasked with continuously evolving their web presence and creating media that captured the energy and impact of their work.
We began with discovery, facilitating stakeholder workshops, conducting comparative analyses, and mapping user journeys. This work gave us the foundation for an information architecture that balanced storytelling, events, and fundraising while guiding users toward meaningful engagement.
Over multiple redesigns, we built web style guides, wireframes, and design compositions that improved navigation and made participation more intuitive. Each iteration aligned with evolving design standards and Rodman’s refreshed branding. Beyond the website, we also created video and media content for events, extending the organization’s reach and providing powerful tools to inspire donors and attendees.
Today, the website serves as Rodman’s central hub, helping users learn, register, and give with ease. Each update has refined the experience for donors and event participants, while creative media has amplified the impact of Rodman’s annual events. With 13 years of partnership, our role has been to provide consistent support, ensuring Rodman’s mission is seen, felt, and supported year after year.
