Heart to Home Meals is a meal delivery service providing delicious, affordable, easy meals curated to seniors’ tastes and nutritional needs. With a well-established parent company in the UK and successful presence set up in Canada, they selected Getfused to be their partner agency as they turned their attention towards launching in the US market, specifically in Massachusetts. We helped them design a user friendly e-commerce website that followed the branding of the Canadian company. We then turned towards developing a strong localized marketing campaign to provide a foundation that would support their vision of expanding across the US in the coming years.
Heart to Home Meal’s mission was to initiate their US launch by methodically rolling out delivery areas in Massachusetts. This objective coincided with a strategically thought-out marketing plan that focused on a mix of direct mail, paid search, local print, and local TV to ensure we were targeting and reaching audiences who could successfully order and receive deliveries from HTHM.
Over the past few years, HTHM has expanded to reach all of Massachusetts, allowing Getfused to take a broader approach to the marketing strategy. We have successfully invested in expanded digital efforts across paid search and social, in addition to expanded direct mail and broadcast TV strategies. The foundation developed in the early launch will soon become a playbook for expansion into other parts of New England.
