Educate 360

Industry
Professional Training, Education, Certification

Educate 360 delivers professional certification training through a portfolio of brands, including Project Management Academy, a recognized leader in PMP certification training. Because prospective students rely heavily on online research when choosing certification programs, search visibility, clear course communication, and a strong user experience are critical to maintaining leadership in this competitive market.

Project Management Academy had built strong authority through search visibility and industry reputation. But as new providers entered the market with aggressive digital campaigns, Educate 360 needed to expand its digital footprint while improving how complex course offerings were communicated online. The opportunity was to strengthen search performance, refine the user experience, and create a clearer path from discovery to enrollment.

Think

Research, UX Strategy, and Experience Planning

The engagement began with comprehensive research into search trends, competitive positioning, and the questions prospective students were actively asking. Alongside SEO strategy, we conducted a UX evaluation of key course pages to understand how users navigated complex certification information.

These insights informed a refined information architecture strategy that improved navigation, strengthened internal linking, and created a clearer pathway from discovery to registration.

Create

Designing the Brand and Course Experience

With the strategic framework in place, we redesigned the PMP Certification Training experience to communicate complex course information more clearly. The UX approach introduced progressive disclosure so users could quickly understand the core value proposition before exploring deeper details about schedules, formats, and benefits.

We also created a new logo designed to align with the Project Management Academy family of brands. The mark maintained visual consistency with the broader brand ecosystem while standing apart as a distinctive offering within the portfolio.

Activate

Driving Engagement and Conversion

The new experience simplified course selection and clarified interaction paths, helping prospective students quickly identify the best training option while still providing access to alternatives. Mobile UX improvements ensured busy professionals could explore courses from any device, while performance optimizations supported both SEO and engagement.

Alongside these UX improvements, we built a scalable content engine and reengineered the email capture process, strengthening the conversion funnel and expanding the program’s digital reach.

Client Perspective

Russ Smith, Chief Information Officer, Educate 360

“It is rare to find a consulting agency, much less a single individual, who understands not only the complexities of marketing and SEO, but also the impact they have on the broader organization. Jason Gates has been instrumental in helping us redefine our strategies, build effective and scalable operational processes, and deliver tangible results.”

Amy Farber, Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer, Educate 360

Assets

LogoDesign

Educate 360 engaged in a rebrand to better reflect its growing portfolio of professional training brands. The new logo mark needed to work at the enterprise level while remaining visually connected to the sub-brands it would anchor.

Getfused led the discovery and logo creation process, starting with sessions alongside Educate 360’s brand consultant and key stakeholders to align the creative direction with the company’s mission and long-term positioning. The resulting mark illustrates a book of knowledge, upward momentum, and earned achievement. A style guide covering logo standards, typography, and color palette was delivered alongside the final mark to support consistent execution across the portfolio.

What This Unlocks: A visual identity with built-in meaning, ready to scale across a growing family of brands without losing clarity or consistency.

Mobile AppDesign

Getfused was engaged to define the UX for a mobile study aid for Project Management Academy students built around flashcards, practice questions, and full practice exams.

The engagement went beyond screen design. Through a discovery workshop, Getfused aligned on the full product strategy, including user accounts, notifications, and gamification, before a single wireframe was drawn. The resulting prototype covered the complete user journey, from login through the learning experience and into a gamified results report.

The UX work was strong enough that Getfused was brought back to design it, producing comps that translated the approved wireframes into a complete visual experience.

User Experience &Web Design

Getfused partnered with Educate 360 across multiple UX engagements focused on the Project Management Academy digital experience, building on a long-standing relationship rooted in search strategy and user-centered design.

The primary work was a UX strategy and redesign of the PMP Certification Training page. The challenge was communicating complex course details without overwhelming prospective students on first contact. The solution introduced progressive disclosure of course information and simplified the course selection experience, surfacing the best match as a smart default while keeping alternatives accessible.

A second engagement focused on a UX evaluation of an acquired brand’s website, producing a prioritized roadmap that balanced usability impact with business value. The evaluation also addressed information architecture, mobile optimization, internal linking, performance, and accessibility.
