We started as a team of technologists in 1996, creating first-of-their-kind solutions that got the Patriots eCommerce through Superbowl traffic. About The Role
Getfused is seeking a go-getter who is eager to apply and expand their knowledge and expertise in social media advertising. Working alongside each member of our marketing team, and reporting to our Marketing Director, you will be involved in strategizing and managing social media advertising campaigns across social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more, while analyzing and reporting on their effectiveness. You will also work collaboratively with our creative team on the creative assets needed to support social ad campaigns. This person must be a blend of both analytically and creatively minded.
While, we do have office space in the heart of Boston, MA, we are open to this position being 100% remote for those on the east coast. For those who are local, going into the office as you please is also an option.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with members of the marketing team to develop paid social advertising campaigns to support an overarching strategy
- Setup, create & launch ad campaigns across major social media platforms
- Write ad copy and work with the creative team on ad design to support campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns for clients on an ongoing basis while monitoring budgets
- Work with marketing analyst on the analysis and reporting of paid social campaigns
- Work collaboratively with other digital marketing specialists managing other forms of digital advertising to ensure continuity across campaigns
- Work collaboratively with organic social media specialist to ensure continuity across organic & paid social efforts
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years in a social media advertising role
- Experience setting up and managing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn in particular
- Experience with B2B LinkedIn lead generation strategies
- Experience with eCommerce sales and knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Shop
- Strong analytical skills to analyze & optimize campaigns
- Including experience with pixels, insight tags, event tracking, and conversion tracking
- Experience working with designers and creative teams to brainstorm and provide strong, clear direction on design & creative needs to support campaigns
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- A desire to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, team-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High degree of individual initiative and thrives in a team environment
- Agency experience with client experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
