Getfused is a growing creative marketing agency in the heart of Boston. We started as a team of technologists in 1996, creating first-of-their-kind solutions that got the Patriots eCommerce through Superbowl traffic. Overview
Getfused is seeking a go-getter who is eager to apply and expand their knowledge and expertise in search marketing and analytical reporting. Working alongside and under the direction of our Marketing Director and Marketing Analyst, you will be involved in strategizing and managing paid search and organic search campaigns, while analyzing and reporting on their effectiveness. You should be well versed in creating, optimizing, and analyzing advertising campaigns on Google and Bing, while having experience leveraging Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
While we do have office space in the heart of Boston, MA, we are open to this position being 100% remote for those on the east coast. For those who are local, going into the office as you please is also an option.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to develop paid advertising campaigns for our clients in Google & Bing
- Work to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for clients on an ongoing basis, while monitoring budgets
- Conduct organic SEO audits on our clients’ websites and work to implement findings from those audits
- Create redirect maps for clients redesigning their websites
- Write optimized meta titles / descriptions for clients
- Setup tracking on client websites via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for clients analyzing their website and marketing campaigns
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years in a search specialist tole
- Experience setting up and managing paid search campaigns
- Experience conducing and implementing SEO audits
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads Manager
- Experience leveraging tools such as Data Studio, SEMRush, BrightEdge, etc. a plus
- Strong analytics and reporting skills
- A desire to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, team-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Knowledge of other digital channels – i.e., Email Marketing, Social Media, and other forms of digital advertising is a bonus
- High degree of individual initiative and thrives in a team environment
- Agency experience with client experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
