In addition to his responsibilities as President, Steve works closely with the Getfused project team, assisting our clients to articulate their purpose and goals to target audiences. With a background as a civil engineer, Steve applies the professional and consulting skills acquired during his 13 years as a geo-professional to successfully guide Getfused in becoming a leading digital agency.

Steve formerly held the position of President and Co-founder of an Information Technology company where he was brought aboard at ground level to cultivate and expand client base of the technical start-up and drive profitability. He also developed its revenue pipeline, conducted market research to identify prevailing and emerging design preferences, and collaborated with technical teams to oversee programming and development for the company.

Prior to that, he was CTO and Co-founder for an e-commerce start-up company. There he orchestrated concept, venture capital development, start-up, and growth, for this innovative dot-com. He created and executed an initial five-year strategic plan, spearheaded design of wireframes, architectural diagrams, prototypes, and related project artifacts to optimally present user experience, and conducted heuristic evaluations, usability studies, and user behavior research to define and implement product enhancements.

In addition to the skills he perfected in these positions, his years of experience as an Information Architect and Project Manager allows Steve to play a lead role in these areas for Getfused, as well, blending the technical and the visual with a keen sense for organizational structures and usability. He works with our clients to understand their unique business models and goals, while defining strategy, content, and features for design in each of their system needs. His practical approach to complex technical solutions guides him in his role as liaison between technical developers and the client.

With over 10 years of experience revamping and creating portals, intranets, extranets and web-based applications, Steve has significant experience working with Fortune 500 companies, analyzing complex infrastructures and determining relationships of data and systems. His process includes the creation of wireframes, architectural diagrams, participatory workshops, process maps, feature lists, proto-types and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience.
