The Challenge
Bostonian Group was looking for an extensive website overhaul in order to meet the business goals set forth for the organization. The major goals for the website were to project the brand and provide service awareness to potential new clients. They were looking for a web presence that would help them to better demonstrate company capabilities and provide differentiation from competitors by presenting a more cohesive solutions offering, instead of showcasing practice areas, which was the focus of their previous site. Finally, Bostonian Group was looking to use the site to increase overall awareness of all their solutions to help educate and cross sell to their existing client base.

The Solution
Getfused provided Bostonian Group with a complete website redesign aimed at increasing awareness of the company’s service offerings and provide differentiation from the competition. The site was architected in a way that spoke to service offerings across the entire website, creating awareness for new clients and the ability to cross sell to existing clients. The Getfused content management system allows Bostonian Group to keep new and existing clients up to date with timely content regarding news, announcements and events. The ability to relate content into specific solution pages has allowed Bostonian Group to keep their clients informed and knowledgeable about their service offerings. Finally, an SEO campaign has recently been launched to work on gaining more traffic to the site from search engines through non-company specific service related key terms.

Results

The Bostonian Group’s new web presence features an improved information architecture allowing for the brand and service offerings to be featured to potential and current clients. Bostonian Group has been able to cross sell services to existing clients, while educating potential clients on the array of services that are offered. The site is also becoming more search engine optimized with service related pages and key terms becoming the focus of the site. Recommendations to add more content to service related pages will not only help with SEO but also provide current and potential clients with more informative information about offerings.
