The Challenge
Skipjacks was looking to increase the number of corporate and professional diners with a new web presence by highlighting their competitive advantages such as customer service, competitive pricing and a vast array of menu choices and catering options.  Skipjacks was also looking to increase the quality of their Loyalty Program, taking existing data and growing each customer profile to target each individual specifically.

The Solution
Getfused focused on creating a new web presence that outlined content in an organized manner to meet the needs of each user group coming to the site.  Getfused put Skipjacks on our CMS platform, allowing them to add photos, testimonials and upload menu PDFs for each menu change. The platform allowed users to purchase gift cards and check balances easily, while allowing users to make reservations right on the site through Open Table integration.
 

Results

The new web presence drove great results for Skipjacks.  Users now have the ability to make reservations through the Skipjacks website, rather than going directly through open table.  This has resulted in an increase in reservations for Skipjacks and a decrease in the costs and resources associated with making reservations.   Additionally, Skipjacks has been able to sell gift cards and communicate more effectively with its patrons.
