How do you deploy four live feeds simultaneously on the sixth most popular sporting site on the planet during one of their highly successful pay-per-view events? The UFC was looking for a way to excite loyal fans by delivering premium video content to show never before seen footage of behind the scenes action at a UFC event.
The Solution
Getfused helped Burger King and the UFC to bring this premium content to viewers. Getfused was able to deploy several video feeds to the users, who were able to watch four video feeds in real time with the ability to select one feed and view in high quality. Users were able to select from watching fighters prepare before a match in their respective waiting rooms as well as Dana White before the fight and the Octagon Girls.
Delivering fans this rich experience, allowed the UFC to increase fan engagement and excite fans. This supplemental content provided a value-add, which helped to increase traffic to the site and increase the amount of pay-per-view orders to watch events.
