The ProShop website is user friendly, allowing fans to access the site via web browsers, mobile devices and tablets.
The newly created e-commerce platform was able to withstand two Super Bowl wins for the Patriots, making it reliable and keeping revenue generation consistent during the peak times of the season. Fans now had the ability to place orders from their computer, mobile device and tablet, bringing merchandise to the devices that shoppers wanted to purchase from.
