News - VideoLink goes live with a vibrant new site redesign!

VideoLink and Getfused determined that some major goals for the site would be to cross sell products so as to expand accounts with existing clients, provide enough content so users are triggered to contact VideoLink for more information and create a dynamic homepage that shows VideoLink is a vibrant and active company. In addition, it was important to provide easy access to information to specific user groups, display and manage interactive video presentations and update content easily.

Now that VideoLink’s website resides on the Getfused CMS platform they are able to efficiently provide timely content on the site and quickly communicate to their loyal customer base! They have utilized many of the tools provided on the Getfused CMS platform such as Listing Management which enables you to list multiple content items, such as News which can be filtered by type or category.  Listing views contain links that allow site visitors to click on listing view titles, such as a news headline, to view the content, which in this case would be the article. They use Site Stats which lets site administrators generate reports and view web traffic statistics across any time period. Related Content has proven to be a great tool allowing them to quickly relate existing page or listing content into any page thereby creating a funnel that captures the impulse mood of a visitor by dynamically displaying a particular product featured in a news article allows VideoLink to navigate visitors to relevant information.

In addition to utilizing the wide array of tools readily available within the Getfused CMS system, a Case Study management tool and Demo Reel were custom developed to showcase their work.  The Case Study section dynamically displays client success stories with vibrant behind the scenes images. The details of the project, services offered and an optional related video clip can be included in each story!  Similarly the Demo Reel was created to allow visitors to easily sit back and watch video clips of the final product. Organized by services, each impressive reel provides brief details about the product or service and lists additional related VideoLink services utilized in the completion of the product.

The design and content of the site encompasses and emphasizes a large professional corporation that still embodies the versatility and care of a smaller firm. With fresh content and interactive features the site showcases a vibrant company that has up to the date news and information which is easily accessed. A user-centered design funnels users to their desired information with ease.
