We need someone with practical experience with CFCs using MX 6 or, preferably, MX 7. You should also be very familiar with SQL stored procedures -- not just calling them, but writing them. Ideally you would also follow what is going on in the CF coding space and be familiar with one or more of the frameworks commonly used although it is more important that you know the basic concepts of object oriented programming than any specific framework. Knowledge of Flex is a plus.

You should also know JavaScript and have general knowledge of most of the other technologies used to build modern websites. You enjoy learning how to be a better developer and pushing other people to become better developers. We are looking for people that have used these skills in real-world, production applications.
