Client Services Administrator

Getfused is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented and customer service focused individual to fill the Client Services Administrator position. This role works first hand with our clients to provide technical assistance, as well as training and general support on the Getfused Content Management Systems (CMS). As this position is the first line of communication for existing clients, we’re looking for someone to multitask, prioritize and execute a sometimes large workload to meet client expectations, while maintaining the friendly and attentive point of contact that represents the Getfused team.

Located in Boston’s Seaport area at 285 Summer Street, our office is just a short walk from South Station. This is an exceptional opportunity with growth potential to get into a young, fast-growing, digital marketing agency in the city’s Innovation District. You will be working with some of New England’s most recognized brands such Legal Sea Foods, Harpoon Brewery and the New England Patriots.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assisting existing clients on a support level by phone or email with all questions, requests, and concerns; effectively communicating with the appropriate person(s), and completing the tasks in a timely fashion. Daily meetings will require you to provide the internal team with a prioritized and organized set of tasks for each resource. Among many things, it will be your job internally to communicate with the team to develop quotes, test and complete tasks; while on an external level instructing existing clients on the CMS tools, and obtaining a multitude of knowledge of our services to better assist with inquiries.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist the Project Management team in training new clients on the Getfused CMS and related applications, and picking up small project work as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service or business administration preferred

Web Developer

Getfused is looking for an energized developer to work on a wide range of clients and projects. You must have good interpersonal communication skills and an eagerness to learn. Projects vary from enterprise applications, corporate websites, and Getfused software. Your work would vary based on your knowledge, unique abilities within the team, and your personal interest.

Project Manager

Getfused is looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill our project management position in a long term capacity.  A candidate must have excellent communication and prioritization skills to coordinate the activities of the internal project team while managing client expectations.  

Responsibilities

Organization
  • Generate and maintain timelines throughout the project life cycle that communicates tasks, milestone dates (client and internal team), status and resource allocation.
  • Assist the Account Manager in the creation of proposals, statements of work and/or scope addendums.   
  • Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Manage multiple, diverse work efforts simultaneously if required.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Assist team in creating test plans and testing efforts.
  • Review all deliverables produced by internal teams to confirm they meet project and/or client requirements. 
  • Manage project budget, resource utilization, and profitability.
  • Report status to internal and client management.
Communication
  • Serve as the key interface to the client on all project delivery activities.
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
  • Hold regular status meetings with internal project team.
  • Schedule and coordinate development sprints.
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to Account Managers.
  • Research, and resolve issues; escalating issues to appropriate team member(s) to determine and communicate resolution for the client. 
  • Organize, communicate and manage resources concerning deliverable execution across disciplines; including marketing, user experience, design and development.
Teamwork
  • Lead a senior consulting team on strategy and a delivery team on design-and-build engagements.
  • Continually seek to identify areas of improvement in the project process and share constructive recommendations with the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Manage the process of innovative change effectively.
  • Motivate team members to work together in the most efficient manner.
  • Mitigate team conflict and promote effective internal communication.
Client Management
  • Manage client expectations and build successful client relationships.
  • Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction while also maintaining client expectations.
  • Coordinate the delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

General Knowledge and Experience

AA/BA degree in MIS, Marketing, Management or technical discipline plus minimum two years’ experience managing web strategy, design and implementation projects is desired, but not required. PMP certification is desirable.

Ability to perform business analysis and facilitate capturing business requirements.  Proven hands-on experience in leading the implementation of live, brand name sites (please provide URL’s with your response) from inception to launch and experience in managing all web development life cycle tasks including:

Project Coordinator Intern

Getfused is seeking a Project Coordinator intern to join our Project Management team. Internship candidate must be eager to learn, have strong organizational and communicative skills, and an exceptional attention to detail. We are offering a paid, part-time internship (up to 30 hours) in our Boston, MA office.  

Responsibilities during this internship include (but are not limited to):
  • Support the project management team on project related task management
  • Learn and work with internal task management systems
  • Web and System QA/QC
  • Communicate effectively with our team of developers and designer to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide client project support as needed
  • Enter client content into content management systems
